Welcome to Bloogle! By using Bloogle (“the Service”), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Description of Service

Bloogle allows users to create and manage blogs by connecting their Google Docs. Your content is synced and published via the Service on your subdomain or custom domain.

2. Account & Access

To use Bloogle, you must connect a Google account. You are responsible for your content and activities under your account.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create. By using Bloogle, you grant us the right to access and process your connected Google Docs solely for the purpose of rendering and displaying your blog content.

4. Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis unless canceled.

5. Acceptable Use

• You agree not to use Bloogle to:
• Post unlawful, abusive, or infringing content
• Abuse the Google API or violate their terms
• Host malware, phishing, or spam

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you’re violating these terms or abusing the platform.

7. Disclaimer

Bloogle is provided “as is” without warranty. We do our best to provide a secure, stable service, but can’t guarantee uptime or that the service will be free of bugs.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll notify users via the dashboard or email.
